Earlier this week Michael let me know that T-Mobile UK has been stealthily pushing out OS 4.6.0.291 for the Bold through desktop manager and through web upgrades. Now he let me know that the desktop installation files are now available to all!

NOTE: Don’t forget to delete the vendor.xml file located in c:program files>common files>research in motion>apploader to install it on a different carriers device.
